First Phase is an half an hour meeting with Human Resources with the classic basic questions (why ASML, where do you see yourself in 5 years...)
The second Phase is composed of three meetings (one hour each):
1 - HR-style questions but more complex (an example of a situation where you convinced someone to do what you wanted etc.)
2 - Presenting a technical topic of your preference
3 - Presenting a technical topic of their choice (mine was regarding EUV)
