ASE Electronics Malaysia interview questions

The interview was with the head manager of the NPI Engineering Team. The manager was very friendly, which made it feel more like a casual chat than a formal interview. Overall, the experience was very relaxed and only lasted about 15 minutes.

The interview started half an hour late than the planned time. This is more of an mistake on the HR part, not so on the technical department. The interview only started after I called the HR to remind them about the interview. The interviewer joined the call minutes after. As for the interview itself, everything went okay, albeit a bit rushed. The interviewer was clear and concise with their questions, besides being very forthcoming about the need for after office hour work involvement. Overall, okay interview, but can be better on the scheduling side.
