Group work task, involved working in teams to build a space ship using spaghetti and blue tack . We then had to walk around the shop floor and pull items on shelves to the front . Followed then by interview

Basic questions of favourite item, what good customer service is, team work tasks to complete in a group, when available work sheet, very simple then range a few days later for on boarding
Ok. A lot of questions though and they don’t really seem relevant to the position. Not sure why you get asked when you’ve gone above and beyond to be honest
Group session (team building, think we had to make a model etc) followed by short individual interview. There was also bag packing for 20 minute, checking interaction with public etc. It was all fine.
