You will have two different branch managers to interview you. Basically, these are just some behavioural questions. I didn't do online personality online test, but that was before Covid -19.

Go to the branch and interview with branch manager. She asked some simple questions then wait for result. Then I got notification that she will do reference check I should provide phone number of referees. One should be my previous officer.

Applied, got a response within two days, interviewed soon after. Two people interviewed me. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Asked a few behavioural questions and standard interview questions.
