Multi tiered, started with HR phone interview and ended up with President. Started with basic questions and final interview was more job specific. Very interested in cultural fit within the organization and how I felt about autonomously working.

The interview was with a panel of engineering associates with a problem solving section. It lasted 1/2 a day and included a tour. The questions ranged from background, related experience to problem solving and scenarios.
