I applied to this company a few days back through a job portal. First, they took a telephonic round and then they called me at the venue where they took two more rounds. I cleared all the rounds of interviews. Then the HR and the cofounders of the company gave me a task for the home which was of 3 days and they said they wanted to test if am the suitable candidate for the firm. I did well in that too. Then they called me for a week trial period. And during the trial period, i did a number of tasks and did well in that too. But ironically they called me a few days later and said that am not the suitable candidate for the profile. They wasted so many days of mine. Moreover, they didn't have the courtesy to pay my commutation charges for the trial period. • Worst HR practices • Worst Management • Totally a time waste. The company policy for hiring the talent is so bad that it would only build up the bad reputation of the company. please please please guys do not apply to this company and waste your time. Big thumbs down from my side.
