The process took a total of three weeks. With an initial phone interview at first where I was asked basic questions about myself, and they informed me that they offer no relocation benefits and have a very low base salary. Next was a video interview with four members of the team, and then came a writing test that was very odd. All the while I was communicating with the hiring manager who kept reassuring me that things were going great and that I would hear back soon.
I was sent a rejection email shortly after. At least I got one, seeing as most people do not.

2nd round interview-two managers aksed detailed questions to my past projects like the implementation process, how did i communicate with our client, and some are just irrelevant to the role

I applied online, and HR initially scheduled a phone screening but later decided to proceed directly to the first interview. The interview was conducted in both Japanese and English, with two consultants participating.

I met with a person from HR to get the basics of the position, then had an interview with two mid-ranking professionals. They were very friendly and asked more personality and behavioral questions than skill-based ones.
