Very easy. Got an email with an invite to an onsite interview.
The interview was about an hour and they asked me my background, and I got an opportunity to ask some questions back.
Got a phone call a few days later with an offer.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AP Technology (Wallingford, CT) in May 2010
Interview
Interviewed with the senior EE and the deisgn team. They looked at my school background and work experience. The following day they gave me a job offer. My recommendation is that you will need to have good grades, at least above 3.0 gpa and expect to have some working experience at least two years in circuit design for oilfield equipment
