Open Day - with presentation about the job. Driving Assessment. Driving Licence checks. 6 days training in the classroom and On The Road with experienced crew. There were two days in the classroom looking at Customer Service and also basic technical training on how to fit a washing machine and remove and refit the doors on an American fridge freezer.
