I applied online. I interviewed at ANS (Manchester, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Applied for role of Data Manager. Mid way through application process they changed the title to Data Co-ordinator and lowered pay band.
In house recruitment team were very good, found availability that worked for me and them.
Interviews were pretty standard; First an initial chat with recruiter. Then a initial chat with hiring manager, then a competency based interview with the hiring manager and another manager. Pretty straightforward if you've done the comptency prep - I hadn't done enough and therefore didn't get through.
Hiring team said they'd let me know by end of the week but never followed up.
