I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMN Healthcare (San Diego, CA) in May 2012
Interview
There are sales trials they ask of you, "sell this pen" and various questions that get you to showcase your sales skill. All in all they just want to assess your ability to sell and see if you will have potential to be a long standing employee. They are also looking for a personality fit with the nurses, someone who will get along with that customer type.

Question 1
There are lots of role play scenarios. For example the will ask you to pretend you are a insurance salesman, and ask how you would sell a certain type of policy to a family. They also could call you to do a role play over the phone to assess how good you are at phone sales. There aren't really any tricks, just be easy to get along with!
Online with two different people. The first is a recruiter and the second is with a potential manager. You should focus on your ability to sell and talk to people.
