Interviews by phone for job in another state. Certifications had to be checked as well as multiple other items such as background, medical, drug testing, immunizations, PPD, MMR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.

Basic questions in regards to years of practice, certifications, hours available such as days verses nights. Strengths vs weaknesses. Ability to work as a team member. Willingness to work overtime.
Interview process for travel jobs are done through an automated system with questions and answers are scored. The company does some coaching prior to the interview. It was an easy process to follow.

Previous work history, the online interview process seems to be all multiple Choice questions or attesting to level of expertise of certain skills.
The interview process was thorough and professional. It started with a phone screening, They asked about my clinical experience, patient care approach, and ability to work in a team. The process took about two weeks.
