Recruiter scheduled 4 hours of interviews to take place within 2 business days without confirming my availability. Couldn't break current commitments so was told I would not be moving forward.

This took a while. I applied on-line but ultimately was considered because a friend of a friend referred me. I felt good about the interviews though I had 5 in one afternoon. It seemed redundant in many ways....I was answering many of the same questions over and over.
