Interview
Phone interview by HR and hire manager, followed with on-site interview with hiring team. They provide hotel and airflight because I come from a different city. It takes less than a week to get the offer, provided by HR specialist.

Question 1
Mainly technical questions and previous working experience.
I applied through LinkedIn and got an interview call. There were 3 technical rounds. It was mostly analytical and more discussion oriented.
Resume is most important, discussion happened around it.
Technical recruiter contacted me and scheduled the interview after 3 days. Three Rounds of technical interviews taker by manager, team leader and technical staff. Then follower by HR interview. All three technical rounds happened on same day.

Questions on basic of mosfet, rc circuits and the projects I worked on.
Entire day interview. VLSI related questions. Since the role was related to physical design. Interviewers were giving hints when stuck at a question. Took questions at end of the interview.
