Application was an internal process. Recruiter scheduled interview after my initial inquiry about the position. Recruiter explained job and all that it entailed. To include explaining what the hiring manager was seeking in desired candidate. Recruiter also explained that manager was looking to hire right candidate soon. Recruiter asked questions. After questions recruiter explained manager will review and follow-up to schedule follow-up email.

This was one of the best interview experiences I have been exposed to and I have participated in a lot of different processes. This should be expected from a leading HR technology company, but I was still impressed. The general flow for the interview was very standard (Talent Acquisition > Hiring Manager > Team Member & Hiring Manager > Department Director), but having the ability to seamlessly work around my own schedule through A.V.A without having to deal with the clunky back-and-forth you experience in most interview processes was the icing on the cake.
