Interview
I had an initial phone screening, followed by a phone interview with an HR person. Next was a technical assessment online. This was followed by an online interview with managers in the department I would be working in (I believe this portion is now handled in person). I was offered the position about an hour after that.

Several "Tell me about a time when" questions about difficult customers and organization. They also wanted to know what I do outside of work hours.
