Very impersonal from start to finish. The initial interview on the phone sounded scripted from a call center. The face to face interview was not welcoming at all. The person interviewing me seemed like they didn’t care for their job or they already had someone in mind. She didn’t even offer me water and had no interviewing skills in my opinion.

Interview
They rescheduled me from a Monday to a Thursday, due to technical difficulties. The interview was not comfortable at all and she was not personable, nor made me feel at ease. The questions were all really robotic and wasn’t more interested in her typing more than anything else. Overall it felt cold. I got the assessment soon after the call and she was very adamant about me filing out the survey. I asked what happens next and she said it would take an additional 2-3 weeks to know IF I made it to the next round. I don’t know what the hiring process is but it seems not at all organized.

They asked mostly situational questions, which is what I do when I interview potential employees for my job. So I’m familiar with the process.
