I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ADC College (Harrow, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Received phone call on a Tuesday from MD who said she had seen my CV online. After a short informal chat about my current employment status, a phone interview between her and I was scheduled for the next day. More formal call the next day lasted 20 min, after which I was invited to attend a face to face interview at their offices in Harrow the following day.
Face to face interview with Austrian country manager and the MD was relatively informal and they made me feel at ease. Both ladies came across as friendly and approachable, although the interview felt very short (40 mins) and no salary discussion took place. This made me think that they don't consider me the right person for the job - my feeling turned out to be correct as I received an email the following Monday to say I'd been unsuccessful.
I appreciated the fact that the company contacted did not use a recruitment agency and that they got back to me so quickly, which doesn't happen very often when the answer is a no.
