30 minute phone interview. Real easy and laid back. The Intervier was very polite and was genuinely interested in all of your answers. He was very informative and answered all of my questions that I had about the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ABF Freight (Fontana, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview just like a normal interview, reviewing you resume and talking about what makes you a good candidate. the one thing that was nerve wrecking is their background process. For me it took about a month do to it being to extensive, honestly by far worst than any law enforcement background. But, overall it was ok.
About an hour long. Guy was very nice and talked in the beginning to calm any nerves you have down. Nothing out of the ordinary just asked about previous jobs and hobbies. Takes a while for the background check but just hang in there.

Interview
Got called in to an interview, went to the HR who helped tremendously in calming nerves, got called into the GM's office, asked several questions and I was on my way in a couple of hours.
