A recruiter from ABC Fitness contacted me requesting time for a phone interview. I send her the time I was available and she send me an invite.
I accepted the invite and on the day of the call she did not show up. I send a number of follow-up emails but until this day (2 weeks later) haven't got any response.
I feel disrespected and will not be applying for any more positions for this company.

Straighforward for what the role consisted of. Salary was lower than the going rate for the role and the location. Didn't get pass screening. Should advertise salary before interview. Good company.
