I had 3 different interviews. First with a Talent Acquisition professional (30 min), next with its supervisor (30 min), and finally with the CEO (60 min).
For the first two interviews, both were really nice, welcoming, and seemed to care about me and were willing to help. After these, the feeling left was that everything was arranged and the next step would be to find a client to direct me to, so I could start as soon as possible.
However, on the third and last interview, I got asked the same questions as before, but in a different tone and perspective. The feeling was not of a people-first company, but much rather as "corporate".
After this interview, it seemed that the previous two were irrelevant. After 4-5 days, I received the results via email, saying that I was not a perfect match.
A 20+ days long hiring process, that in the end felt irrelevant, as everything boiled down to a 60-min call with the CEO.
