Interview
I got a call from a recruiter name George for an initial phone screen. The recruiter asked me to go in for a face to face interview. The in house interview lasted about 30 minutes. I called the recruiter after the interview and told him how it went. The recruiter called me the following day and said the were impressed and would like to extend me an offer. I interviewed on Wednesday and started the following Monday.

Interview
phone interview was the first step in this process, then second in-person interview was the second phase in this process, and then the last stage was the background, then at the very end was the on-boarding process to complete the hiring process. This was a average process as I have found in my experience with positions I have gained and applied for.
