The process took almost 5 months from beginning to end. First, I had a chat with the Hiring Manager, Two weeks later, I had a chat with some of the Talent Management Advisors to test for fit. After this second interview I was so excited and interested in the possibility of working with 7geese. However, it was a while before I heard back from them. Two months later, I had a chat with the CEO. Then I got told I would get an offer on Friday, but it wasn't until three weeks after that I got the offer.
I didn't take the job due to it not meeting my salary expectations and also because throughout the process I didn't feel like my time and the effort I put into the process were valued. To me, a recruiting process says a lot about the company so I think there is some room for improvement here.
