I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at 50 Degrees (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
We had to write an essay on government procurement which they used to screen for interviews. The first interview was in person which was relatively straight forward. They asked basic competency questions. During the first interview we had to complete a writing task. It was another essay and a proofreading/editing exercise. We had an hour to complete it which didn't feel like enough time. Then there was a second interview which was online - more like an informal chat where we discussed career aspirations etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at 50 Degrees (London, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
The application process started with a submission of my CV and cover letter relating to the role. I was then asked to write a short essay on a specified topic before being invited to an interview via Microsoft Teams.

Question 1
I won't add specific questions but there were a fair number relating to my understanding of bidding and Government policy etc.
Intense, had to do a writing task straight after interview so it was hard to concentrate on it. The interviewers were friendly and the tasks were good though, overall a beneficial experience.
