1 stage : Was simple call with HR-manager.
2 stage : I have received a live-coding task (codility) it included about 5 tasks which were a bit complicated;
3 stage: I had a call with a potential team-leader. He had in-lighted me in technology stack and some of their business processes; Also he was listening to my motivation in order to join the company;
4 stage: The team-leader assigned a personal coding task for me, without any time limits. I completed task within 2 days;
5 stage: The company was satisfied with my solution and assigned the video call between me, tech-lead and HR-manager. There were some a bit strange technical questions.
They said that there will be the 6-th stage - an onboarding interview process;
After 5-th stage, the company disappeared without any feed back.
I had to contact them several times before they responded with a "polite" refusal reason like "we decided do not proceed with your profile. thank you for your time".
In further I suddenly discovered that company highly assessed my technical skills, however they did not found me as an "so much interesting person" :(
