Interview
Very fair interview process. Telephone interview with HR, followed by face to face interviews with members of the executive team. It really felt more like a conversation than a interview. Behavioral based questions about my past successes, etc.
360 Marketing solutions seems to be a company with a people-centric culture. It's a startup but the people who run it aren't new to the business. After meeting with them they appear to be innovative thinkers who also value the talents of people under them on the org chart. I think that the company has a lot of potential and it's a great opportunity for someone who is the right fit. Although I was not offered a position I am still impressed with the organization and I expect them to be on the "best places to work for" list. Yes this is an actual testimony, and no I am not paid by the organization to post this. I'm just leaving honest feedback

Can't remember specifically but there was some focus on interacting with people. I don't think that it's fair to them to post specific questions anyway. If you are the right candidate there's no need to prep for an interview with them.

Interview
The interview process was pretty basic cut and dry and strait to the point moments . It was very enjoyable and informative the individuals involved were very personable and knowledgeable which made for a relaxing yet professional process.
