My first conversation was with someone from Talent Acquisition, who did a great job of sharing information about the role and the company and also set clear expectations for the rest of the process. The process included several Zoom meetings with individuals or small groups from various areas and levels within the business. There was also a brief assignment for me to complete and present back toward the end of the process.
