GM mainly talks about himself and then says you might have to lift 50lbs or so. In actuality, you must be able to lift things that can range up to 500lbs+ , like hot tubs, generators, etc.
Zoom interview and then a in person interview License, age, experience, if you can work long hours, work the days they want. About your self and past experience. Why you applied.

Pretty straightforward. Applied online and got a call back for an interview. Went in there answered some basic questions and got the job. It didn't take very long at all
