Multi-step involving case study, standardized testing, and multiple layers of interviews. The initial conversations were quite positive. The testing seemed a bit wrote to me. In total, I thought it to be a reasonable process.

The interview was simple. Easy going, no planned questions; I sat down with a senior team member and chatted. I applied for a senior position but discovered the opening was entry-level. After my interview, I was ghosted.
