VSI was never great communication-wise, but since the new CEO things really went downhill. The old CEO used to know each employee's name, while the new CEO doesn't even say hi or pretends to do small talks. 1. They implemented a "clock in and out" system saying that it was for security reasons, then a month after the employees were asked to go back to the office three times a week instead of two 2. Very little room for progression 3. High turnover all across the company 4. Low pay compared to similar companies 5. Gaslighting culture

- One of the best working cultures I've experienced. It really feels like the company looks out for you and engages with its employees. Everybody feels relatively equal and it lacks the corporate feel of a lot of companies - Free fruit, free breakfast weekly, constant social events with free food and drink provided - Very talented team - WFH 3 days a week - Scope for progression - Very inclusive

- Pay is low for a central London office. I was on £24,000 for quite a demanding job role and I know that competitors pay significantly more
