Does TTEC offer massages?
Pros
The company is good in terms of watching the back of their employee and cares for them. They don't offer FREE food but a subsidized meal which is better than a free food. A good infrastructure with all the necessary facilities as well as recreational set up. To cap in, it is employee friendly.
Cons
Having said all of the above, I would like highlight the most disastrous part in the company that is their so declared "premium process". If you hear that u r selected for this process(would not like to disclose the name of the client), do not run after it finding it as a popular brand. Because working for that process you will end up losing your ethics and invite an unavoidable pile of unnecessary and stupid pressure at work. The salary is very less as compared to the load of WORK as, it is never wise to compare the salary of a company with another. Their premium process has premium toady people in the leadership who are not brave enough to highlight the flaws in the process to their client and agree to every unrealistic targets assigned without even a little monetary motivation to their frontline WORKERS. In that premium process, you will get all the opportunity to change yourself into a person that you may have never dreamt of. But yes, if you succeed in that transformation you are in the race of their pathetic incentive program and probably promotion as well.

Pros
Working from home is really good, they offer benefits of health, dental and life insurance that can be extended to dependents and even the part time employees has the benefits.

Sometimes they added one hour of overtime in our shifts without giving notice, as a mandatory thing. Salary isn’t that bad but could be better since most of the Bilingual customers services working from home are over 20cad/hr
Advice to Management
More bonuses, flexibility, better salary and maybe a psychological benefit or other benefits since working as call center is like hell most of the times
