Work life balance severely lacking. Workplace moral heavily dependent on direct supervisors. Little to no room for advancement. Hourly pay is lacking. And the company is very racist towards black people.

Set work week, partial medical, dental, and vision coverage, one week paid vacation and three sick days off after working full time for a year, 401k plan, and opportunities for advancement.

No set post. For each work week you can be anywhere that they want to put you.

Meeting amazing coworkers, and having some amzaing friends

Cons

They dont care about nobody but theirselves. They dont give you maternity leave, your docter has to give you maternity leave and you dont get paid for it by the company. You have to work here a year to even get your 12 week bonding time which youi dont get paid for either. They never want to come work theirselves when other empolyees can't come to work. You also have to request days before to use your sick time. You also only get 24 hours of sick time, you dont get vacaction time at all. They also have to approve your sick time.

Pay getting lower each year Management and HR could be optimized Feeling like a number, low recognition It's all about the money money money Repeating the same things every single day to passengers
