What is the salary like at Schneider Electric?

Don't try to do too much. Stay in your lane. People get offended easily which is more of a culture issue than a company one.

Pros are the lot, employees coleugues Boss, All the relative deportment head and Plan managers are good in nature and strickly stick with top quality that why always rocks in industry, no more excuses for the deviation in the specs, Good work space, general shift pantry, 4 time canteen, major long root bus & minor roots included, good salary package compared to any other industry, advance in salary, good leaves balance, WH options by reporting manager support, female diversity, good in standard,

some time pressure will be there to consume the deviated parts but no body will approve and our selves will be struggle to bring good products, nothing beyond, every thing is good,

Night shift is the only cons of it, also thr location is not public transpo friendly especially rush hours

Being so big can also be a con for Schneider. Many gray areas when it comes to ask for help. Policies are strict, if you do not find a nice group of coworkers you can feel lost in the crowd. Noone to help and to find the right person or the right process for a simple question it can take you ask 5 to 6 people every time. Finance, IT, HR are blunt and rigid. At times if feels as if Schneider Mexico cannot handle being that big.
