Hiring process is very disorganized

There's plenty of perks including work/life balance even in a position with ~90% travel. They'll try to ensure you don't reach burn out.

Room for growth is questionable. Management often makes false promises. There's a hiring freeze which means no one can move after promising a promotion in Q1, no later than Q2. The issue is other people are moving into other roles during this hiring freeze so what is the truth?

Very cool and futuristic buildings

No flexibility. They claim job sharing, time working flexibility but it’s not the reality. The hiring manager is the one that decide and in pRED there is not such a possibility

- Almost none, maybe the interviewing process. Lot of the times the teamleads had already chosen the candidate for the new position, but the process is time consuming for a different candidate, for zero chance to get accepted.
