      Business outlook

      Pros

the people are nice, some steady long-term clients, really nice office building in fulton market so great for post-work hangouts with colleagues. robust early career talent recruitment with creative and non-creative intern programs and a residency program (rotational program for fresh grads), pay is low but at least for entry level, better than most other agencies.

      Cons

mandatory to use subpar internal AI platform, no concept of inflation adjustments or raises or bonuses, no promotion if you don't show another job offer, very frequent layoffs, no respect for employees boundaries, you will get calls at 10pm on a weekday or 2pm on a Sunday asking you to work on something new due the next morning, most new biz pitches happen in new york or wpp wins go to new york office so be prepared for limited opportunities in the chicago office, and clients are clients. enough said.

      - Come here if you're STARVING for awards - Brag-worthy company name :) - Office is in the Robinson Road district, which has great coffee places! - Medical Benefit is White Coat, which is great

      Cons

      - VERY low pay, and your chances of getting a promotion are very low UNLESS you win a Cannes award - Very low benefits (15 days of AL inc. bday leave) - If you're a junior or mid-weight creative, be prepared to suck up to the CDs/ECDs/GCDs if you want to be part of campaigns/fun stuff cause they're only given to senior creatives and above
