What is a typical working day like at Nokia?

Rotational shift is the biggest problem

The work is very easy but if you have a brain you will get bored very quickly. Most of the co-worker are okay/friendly but they are a handful that are crazy. During shift changes many of the new workers hangout in large groups to talk( 15 min to 30 mins) and management does nothing to stop it.

The benefits are okay not great. Met-Life Dental Insurance is straight garbage!!!! Management plays the favorite game. Supervisors on all shifts are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

If asking cons nothing. However the shift rotation is not suit for me.

No work stress hardly works 6-7 hrs a day

More of night shifts which stress me out

Only important is given to production operators. And every year Good Hike same family employee. and take care of concern and Agreement is done year every 7k up to 10 K is done between Production seniors' operators and Female operators and night shift allowance is given.

No ethics and equal Treat towards other technical team members and other dept concern members

Good atmosphere, best TL, ......
