The only people genuinely happy here are AVP and above. They all get paid extremely well, with added corporate perks; and do no actual work to boot. The rest of us get free coffee in the break room, as we slave away and our morale diminishes.

DEI token promotions and woke agenda have grossly overtaken any actual business sense or long term strategy. No COVID-19 protocols in place, as the tripledemic runs rampant in the office.

Advice to Management

MetLife infrastructure is basically paperclips and peanut butter. You will all be long gone on your golden parachutes when this all implodes. Take some responsibility instead of constantly patting yourselves on the back for your industry bought accolades.

Very difficult to move up in salary grade as salary increases are very limited and promotions can be difficult to earn; Frequent management changes and reorganizations; Some leaders are very weak and accountability is lacking; work life balance is a huge problem
