What is working from home like at Liveops?

Great balance of work from home life, ARA’s are amazing!

Twice a month pay, certification should be longer. The client I contracted under was not a very good experience for me.

Can create own schedule and work from home

Pay is depending on talk time, not hourly

The only pro I know of was it is work from home, but there are SO many other BETTER options just look for them

I gave over 7 years to one contract. I was highly respected by all of my peers. The upper "LEADERSHIP" and I use LEADER lightly. Most all of them from the top down are backstabbers, and tell you to do one thing and then lie out of their mouths that they did.

No pros for this company

Liveops used to be one of the best work from home companies that we can choose our hours this company is all but over. They aren't getting any new clients, no stability, they will overhire for clients and you don't have hours to choose from. There are other work from home companies who are getting huge contracts but liveops is losing them.
