      Flexibility is there when you need it.

      Cons

      Low pay, CRAZY LOW call volume, unpaid training, poor communication by corporate team, difficulty to even secure commits (scheduled time on the phones), lack of support. Lack of stability - if you are lucky enough to snag a client that you like, don’t get too attached and excited. If they don’t abruptly cancel the opportunity while you’re in the middle of your certification class, the chances are still pretty high that the client will pull out of the partnership with LiveOps, leaving you with absolutely no work available and with no warning. This company has lost several big (and good) clients recently and it’s scary.

                  Ability to create your own schedule

                  The window dressing is appealing but the underbelly of the company is dank & grimey &. Management is severely disconnected from the agent population. Communications are often absent when needed & geared towards "keeping the client" when sent. Agents are treated like disposables thus attrition is very high; It is rare to find longevity among agents. This is a last resort work option; applicants beware.

                    No real cons, its remote so you stay in your pjs and make money.

                        401k, medical insurance, the provide the equipment

                        Cons

                        Minimal training and expected to jump into everything even without knowing. It's literally the blind leading the blind. They really think that multitasking is the way to go and expect you to do 3 or 4 things at a time. Tons of demands and the work load is never ending.

                      Gave two interviews recently and got a feedback that I wasn’t able to explain my role as effectively, because of which I won’t be able to transition as fast into a fast-paced environment. I have worked in one small firm and one small-mid firm, and I personally feel I am ready to take up more responsibilities and move to a bigger firm for more exposure. Not sure how else I can explain my roles effectively, even after walking them through everything, how am I supposed to utilise this feedback?
