Does Keurig Dr Pepper offer massages?

Pros

Nice salary and benefits, free coffee and tea (if you like that sort of thing), gym on site, opportunity to fix a flawed product

Cons

Nebulous goals, product platform has long-entrenched design flaws that prevent it from being anything but a wasteful device

Advice to Management

Eschew the old K-cup design for the older Vue cup design. Better for recyclability than what you are currently working towards.

Does Keurig Dr Pepper offer dental insurance?

Pros

Company really cares about it's employees

Cons

Health insurance is low coverage, lots of red tape to get through at corporate to get anything done. KDP is new and although you get to set your own procedures because of this, it also means they are still trying to figure out their structure which can be hard on a project.

Advice to Management

Be more clear in what you tell employees- get away from all of the analogies and colloquialism. The messages are not getting across initially and it just causes a lot of spinning in place and wasted efforts.

Does Keurig Dr Pepper offer parental leave?

Pros

Since the merger, KDP has evolved into a company that I would have a difficult time leaving. No workplace or corporation is perfect, but they really do listen to their people. They are willing to make quick changes when needed (so big because most public companies drag their heels) and are bringing new and diverse faces into the leadership team which is necessary and refreshing to see. In the past couple years they’ve given us access to a ton of Diversity and Inclusion resources/learnings and skill building virtual classes. Optimistic about the future and would 100% recommend KDP to any job seeker looking for a place with opportunity to grow.

Cons

Would like to see benefits readdressed, specifically for women around common lived experiences like maternity leave (extended paid leave, transition back options like P/T or shared work, etc), miscarriage extended leave/support, etc.

Advice to Management

There is a large population of mothers, fathers and caretakers that are not working post-Covid era. To bring them back into the workforce and attract them to KDP, we should consider “above market” benefits like on-site child care, daycare or school tuition assistance, on-site laundry pickup/return services, in-home childcare/elder care stipends etc. The benefits are market average right now and people are seeking flexibility and perks that allow them to dive back into work they love giving 100% without sacrificing their family or financial well being. Would also recommend having a clear career path “tree” outlined for ambitious and eager employees. We should show them what their skill level, experience and education qualifies for and what is missing for the roles they are interested in. These are the people we want to retain.
