not flexible if you have children, I started working there being a hybrid, with one day in the office. I adjusted my schedule for my kids to be able to make it to their events and now I barely have time to see them because they want us in the office 3 times a week. I have asked if I can try to work from home as I live far from the office on days my daughter has a special event at school so I can not miss it and have been told no.

Poor training, poor management, poor communication. They train you sporadically on the various machines, then if they have no work, they bop you around the warehouse doing menial jobs and sweeping floors while looking for infestation of bugs or mice. Watch out for who you talk to because it will get back to management. Dead end job, good riddance.
