My store shut down a while ago (my last year working for HT was 2020), and we were severely overworked, with my DM more worried about staying within payroll then ensuring the comfort of employees. I was often alone in the store for hours, and was forced to do bank runs by myself. If you’re a sales associate, except maybe only 4-8 hours a week at minimum wage. Management is not paid much above minimum, and requests for raises are often rejected.
