Great money Laid back management

The management didn't understand childcare and fired me for missing 4 days of work because my son was in the hospital. I even brought in the medical papers.

I worked with some of the greatest people

even though they were great, the management was just ok

Good overall love the culture

Long working hours but good managers

Guest-facing role; some supportive coworkers, jovial guests make the job bearable

Management practices, inconsistent accountability, training gaps, culture, abusive workplace dynamics

Great place to start off working in the industry. You can learn a lot working in a corporate place.

Management is not the best.
