We get a learning day every other week. It's my favorite benefit. The company is extremely customer focused and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for customers. There are plenty of paths for career growth. The culture of the teams I have been on is great.

Strategic HR has really gone into micromanagement mode as it relates to hybrid working. They call it Dynamic Working when it really should be called Wooden Scheduled Hybrid. Still often imposes waterfall deadlines for work which makes their commitment to sustainable agile development questionable.
