What are some insights into the strategy or vision at Fidelity Investments?

Internal politics, not the greatest leaders, and if you’re not a New England employee you’re an after thought.

We get a learning day every other week. It's my favorite benefit. The company is extremely customer focused and committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for customers. There are plenty of paths for career growth. The culture of the teams I have been on is great.

Strategic HR has really gone into micromanagement mode as it relates to hybrid working. They call it Dynamic Working when it really should be called Wooden Scheduled Hybrid. Still often imposes waterfall deadlines for work which makes their commitment to sustainable agile development questionable.

Not many cons If I have to say something its probably low base pay but compensated by other benefits package.
