      Ft courier
      Former employee
      Amarillo, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - no experience necessary - the job itself as a courier can be enjoyable if you enjoy keeping busy and being outside - health insurance

      Cons

      - Company will constantly push back yearly raises - Continuous reduction in quality of life benefits as time goes on -- FedEx doesn't add new benefits, only takes away

      Slackers

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

Great benefits and affordable insurance. Extra shifts can be negotiated.

      Cons

Management is not on top of slackers, making those who actually clocked in to work and not chat pick up all the extra labor on their own. Management lets those who chat and are their friends leave early, then people who have actual emergencies cannot go home early because "well I sent too many people home early already to do their homework (college kids)"....

      Not bad

      Ramp agent
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

I’ve been there 10+ years. Loved working for the company. Hours are easy. Insurance is great. Pay for part time is great. And plenty of opportunities to grow within the company if you choose to do so.

      Cons

Additional hours are not as easy as they say. Since Covid hours are limited more than ever.

      It sucks

      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      Great... with the right management

      Operations administrator
      Current employee
      Redmond, WA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

You get 18 days of PTO (unless holidays fall on a weekend, then you get flex holidays). Health insurance is second only to UPS. Discounted shipping and other benefits like 401k match, college $, employee assistance programs, and other discounts Go with the flow and stay above the drama.

      Cons

Very political workplace. Its who you know. HR is good in some respects, may ignore you, or not provide follow up help. Do not expect HR to be discreet. Use the open-door policy with caution. Lack of raises
