- Great pay in comparison to other minimum wage jobs - If customers cancel orders (a daily occurrence), it is free food for the employees

Cons

- 50% employee discount on food is useless; Domino’s customer discounts are often cheaper - Extreme wear on brakes and tires - Being a cheaper chain restaurant, customers are less classy. Many have harassed, assaulted, and attempted to shoot employees - Health benefits are minimal - Paid time off and sick leave are only available for managers, there is no “full-time” employees, regardless of the hours you work

I enjoy fast-paced environments and for the most part working at Domino's was that. Being cross trained helped overall efficiency.

No real health insurance, pto, or pension.

- good peers to work with - nice perks with the location like gym, cafeteria, beautiful campus - great product where you get to see the end customer satisfaction

Cons

- insane work hours depending on which project you were in - even though your manager and their manager agrees you deserve a promotion they wont give you one because they hit the quota for that year - lagging behind in tech - lot of stereotyped people who are working there to coast and retire - no growth - they haven't caught with the market on benefits and package

Pros

Flex schedule, work independently, get to listen to music/audiobooks/podcasts, can make decent unskilled income

Cons

Dead end job, high turnover, no retirement, no education benefits, common to have drugs present

Pros

Great pay and coworkers excellent experience for first time workers

Cons

They insisted you work constantly even if your sick or injured or expecting and never provide any compensation for maternity leave
