What is the salary like at Domino's?

The pay is good, the hours are great, and the staff is friendly

When I was there, most of the managers were pretty relaxed, and good with helping out when needed.

You use your own car, so you are responsible for all the maintence, fuel, and insurance. The pay is low, and they get out of the normal milage reimbursement by paying you per delivery, and and saying that the tips are enough to cover everything else. The amount they pay in reimbursement is pretty weak. It seems like a good amount at first, but once you actually start driving more, you notice how bad it is. You are heavily reliant on tips, which you may not receive depending on the customers. The reimbursement is also taxed, so on some of your paychecks, you won't even receive the reimbursement. If your car isn't incredibly reliable, fuel efficient, and your insurance doesn't suck, it is not worth the cost you will be taking on.

You get 100% tips. While some places provide company cars, they compensate you for mileage if you use your vehicle.

You have to go for extra hours, the regular pay is low in some places but they give you around 50% for extra hours, the salary is between 11 - 13, depending on the store location. They normally don't have a store assistant role, so, many of the labors like cutting pizza, dishwashing, or cleaning stuff may be performed by you.

Unfortunately this specific franchise is staffed mostly with friends and family in the Rhode Island stores. This has made for many negative experiences that could be completely avoided otherwise.

Good leadership, good pay, opportunity to learn wherever your interests lie.

Everyone is hired as a contractor. Uncertain stability if that's something you need.
