If you get on a good team, the people doing actual work are great. The work life balance is also good.
Cons
The executive leadership team & upper management really are horrible. Miniscule raises FAR below inflation since the new CEO onboarded. The strategy they're going for is failing.
Mass Layoffs multiple times per year in order to keep shareholders happy, but no thought as to what the loss of talent might impact.
The team environment does not exist at all. A lot of the people who work at the company for decades have a ton of knowledge but it is all in their head. For longevity each account should have an individual SOP so someone else would be able to take over. If a key player were to have a tragedy and pass away OR finds a better job the division would be absolutely screwed.
It’s kind of like a clown show. Only half answers from people.
Oh, and there’s no work life balance. To finish your own tasks you have to go into over time and if you’re not willing to do that you will not receive your annual salary increase.
