Average/Below average salary, no additional compensation such as commissions, bonus system is not that great, management practices were overly controlling- not allowed to clock in with your coat still on, position in the store was assigned and scheduled by hour (felt overbearing), uniform is ridiculous and company makes you buy it yourself- many companies provide their employees uniforms!
