What is working from home like at Afni?

Can change schedule, used to offer overtime, supplies equipment and license, work from home

No longer offers over time or flexibility to allow you to have the work life balance. I’m currently pregnant so they gave me a 10 min unpaid break for bathroom breaks or getting sick but counts against me with numbers.

Work from home, provide somewhat decent schedule flexibility, some people are decent.

Put to much emphasis on stats, some coaches play favorites, call avoidance policy to strict, training rushed,

I was looking more of work from home setup and Afni is looking to go fully on-site

Leaders were approachable and friendly. They coached agents calmly and taught very well. Employee engagement was excellent!

✅ Some of the food in the pantry is not warm. ✅ Hybrid setup. As a mother of a toddler, I prefer full-time work from home because I also need to supervise my child's needs and safety.

Work from home, equipment provided with deposit, direct hire positions.

Not family oriented, said referral program never happens because they don't hire your referrals, even if you get sick or in the hospital they will fire you regardless of the situation regardless of what kind of paperwork you're waiting on needing to get done also for the same exact pay they expect you to do a job of three different departments even though when you started you were only doing your beginning job.

Work from home is not guaranteed. Moving up in company is a pay cut with more hours. Management can be kind of a joke.
